ABOUT US

For more than 30 years, the technically oriented SCHEVEN Group GmbH and our subsidiaries have been taking on a wide range of real estate-related tasks throughout Germany. Our focus is on residential construction, e.g. for senior and service living, and on the renovation and conversion of existing properties. Long-standing clients such as the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (Berlin Transport Authority) for the renovation of tunnels or the Deutsche Bank have placed their trust in us for decades.

Our services are provided both for external clients and within the entire SCHEVEN Unternehmensgruppe® to support strategic growth in our own portfolio (GOLDEN AGE AG). Our comprehensive fields of activity range from planning & development, building physics, statics and architecture to building, quality and property management to monitoring, location and market analyses as well as energy certificates and building expert reports.

In addition, we are actively advancing our field of construction-related digitalisation. We regularly further develop our in-house property management tool “SData”, which was launched in 2003, in line with the respective project requirements and market changes. Licensed use by external interested parties and business partners is in preparation.

Our holistic approach, flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes within our group of companies as well as a resilient network in the construction industry contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our projects. By bundling the competences of our experts with many years of experience, we cover all specialist services relating to existing buildings and development from a single source. This reduces costs and coordination efforts for our clients, and all professional services are optimally coordinated. Modular orders are implemented by our respective subsidiaries.
